As we were waiting one morning to ask for help with scheduling a rental car which says in plain sight on the desk that they'd be 'happy to help with,' (ended up the guy had no clue what to do and we asked a bellhop at another hotel), another guest was telling the guy at the desk about how his room had a funny smell.

8. They had multiple problems with the computer system, asking one another for help, while making us very nervous, considering they had our credit card.

9. Beds are small and rigid (maybe good for someone with a bad back - trying to see the upside here), and be ready for a nice helping of city noises to lull you to sleep - mostly sirens and cars honking at each other at the intersection just outside the room.
