1. Parking is $25 a day with in/outs, and that seems the best deal because in our experience, that was cheaper than parking anywhere else in the city.

3. I will say that it is not the best hotel for someone that is a bit older as there are steep steps in the entrance, a slow elevator, very deep tub, windows that are hard to open and some uneven flooring.

4. Just be careful that you don't walk through the dodgy bit - this is a few blocks away and a few blocks further down so not that near the hotel at all and you don't have to go through it to get there, we just went the long way round which wasn't the best idea.

6. The public transport is the best way to get around (you could walk but the place is ALL hills) and is very reasonable if you by a multi day ticket.
