1. So, we call back the hotel, tell them this, and they said that the money was withdrawn from their account, so until they get that money back they will NOT refund the correct card.

2. They said that they would NOT refund the CORRECT card until they got their money back from the card that THEY mistakingly refunded.

3. You can clearly see from the receipt that the card they refunded was not the correct one, NOR was it any of the cards that were used to pay for the room.
