1. The service was good (apart from our bags getting lost before we left) and the beds were very comfortable, though I agree with a previous reviewer that the bathrooms were indeed rather small.

6. Despite repeatedly requesting 'gluten-free', I was served vegetable lasagna and had to wait almost an hour to finally get my very good gluten-free lunch--a large grilled portobello mushroom with other veggies.

7. On the plus side, the room was clean and quiet, everyone tried to be helpful, and the hotel is extremely close to good restaurants, Union Square shopping and theaters.

8. While they have the standard printers and public terminal, there was no good place to meet with co-workers to work in the evenings.
