7. If you get a room that faces the main street, this noise will undoubtedly wake you (note: I live in a big city, in an apartment in the city centre, so noise is not something that is foreign to me, and, I travel A LOT for work and pleasure).

8. The big things at Sir Francis Drake are good (restaurant, historical building with charm, location), but the little things (out of order gym, busted ice machine, frustrating check-in experience) combined with the exorbitant price mean we will not be returning.

9. I'm afraid the bar was a huge let down for this hotel and I can't help but think they are losing out big time on customers who want to spend good money (the prices were not cheap) but were unable to do so because of the inefficiencies of the bar service.
