1. Accommodating staff, comfortable rooms (some may think they are a little on the small side compared to chain hotels but they are plenty big enough).

4. The view out of the large windows is somewhat blocked by the surrounding buildings and the building facade, but from our balcony, you could still sneak a view of the Space Needle and see plenty of sky for the sunset, which we thought was really nice.
