1. The service was excellent but I really did not like the property itself, and for Downtown Seattle the location was ok, maybe above average.

2. The only small minor downsides were that the location being in the financial district makes it difficult to find coffee shops/stores open on weekends nearby, but a 5-10 minute walk seems to remedy that; and the air conditioning didn't get loud enough (we usually like to sleep with a fan on) nor cold enough - this also meant traffic (which is fairly minimal here on weekends) was a bit noisy.

7. Feels like you are stepping back in time to the early 20th century, yet the hotels has all the modern conveniences of today (hard to even tell is part of the Hilton chain).
