The only small minor downsides were that the location being in the financial district makes it difficult to find coffee shops/stores open on weekends nearby, but a 5-10 minute walk seems to remedy that; and the air conditioning didn't get loud enough (we usually like to sleep with a fan on) nor cold enough - this also meant traffic (which is fairly minimal here on weekends) was a bit noisy.
