7. Around the other side of the same block is a car rental shop so you can rent a car and return it on the same day to avoid the expensive overnight parking (self park is around 16$/day) and no, you do not have to use the valet, which is something like 30-32/day plus tips.

9. We were given a room out the back to try and get a room that wasnt noisy - the room looked over a back parking lot and the airconditioning unit so it was nearly as noisy as being at the front.

10. The view was terrible (looking at a parking lot, an abandoned lot, and the neighboring rooftop) so we kept the blinds closed the whole time to try to give the illusion that we were some place elegant.
