1. Accommodating staff, comfortable rooms (some may think they are a little on the small side compared to chain hotels but they are plenty big enough).

6. There was an in-room safe big enough to hold my laptop, free Washington State apples and chocolate chip cookies at the front desk, and helpful concierge and front desk service that gracefully answered my tourist type questions.
