1. Just be careful to check with staff which streets to walk on or to avoid between the hotel and Union Square retail shopping precinct.

4. They indeed did so and moved all my in-laws luggage to the new larger room and when we arrived that night, they were given new keys and everything was taken care of and they went straight to their new room and found all their belongings in order.

10. Tiny lobby, big hearted staff, we loved the guy who parked our car and took care of us, the delightful concierge who printed out a huge list of vintage shops for me and the woman who made up for the tiny rooms we too big people complained about.
