3. Rowena behind the desk was sincerely warm and welcoming and, since I'd arrived before the room was ready, gladly accepted my bags (which were spirited up to my room by the time I returned).

We accepted, as we had dinner plans in an hour, went to our room, took showers and then the same desk clerk showed up at the door to announce that Javier said we could either move to an Opera Suite (that miraculously had become available) or continue with our present arrangements with complimentary parking.
