6. This in my view is the best value in the city atop the Nob Hill, as I expected it was great the staff were well trained and knowledgeable our breakfast in bed was nice and the coffee very good for a hotel.

7. There isn't a SPA either, which I knew in advance, but I think it would have been nice to have a SPA or pool.
