6. The service was professional and impersonal (which might not be the best thing) and the place has pretty much everything you'd expect from a good hotel.

9. This in my view is the best value in the city atop the Nob Hill, as I expected it was great the staff were well trained and knowledgeable our breakfast in bed was nice and the coffee very good for a hotel.
