1. the Intercontinental on Howard Street is a far better option- without a doubt.

4. I'll stay at the Ramada for thirty dollars any day for better service, a bigger, more comfortable room, more cleanliness, free internet, and a free breakfast as well.

7. The only thing they could do better is charge less for overnight parking and put a nice flat screen in the rooms.

8. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend, there are plenty of other places to stay in San Fran that are a better value - and besides, you can always just go to Top of the Mark for a drink if you're craving the views.
