7. ) My friend was dealing with family drama, so he was up most the night in the lobby on his cell phone not to wake me, so he got to know the night staff pretty well and only had wonderful things to say about them.

8. The Irish Bank, behind the hotel, is a wonderful pub with very good food and beverages ;).

9. The hotel is located in the heart of San Francisco and is central to excellent restaurants and walking distance to Moscone Center The bed was very conformable, the room was relatively quiet (for being in the city) and the window opened a few inches to allow for wonderful fresh air.
