3. He did some really other nice things for me too - some I can't quite clearly recall - but he recommended that me and some other guests try a Spanish restaurant around the corner and much to our delight he was spot on with his review - best ceviche ever.

4. Mary was always at the ready with more recommendations - including her favorite dishes at the French restaurant next door (which also has some of the best croissants I've had outside of Europe.
