5. It is in a great central location - close to everything, and as first time visitors to San Francisco we were really pleased with how accesible everything is from the hotel.

7. I was very pleased with how quiet the room was - no noise at all from the street below (although I was on the 7th floor) and couldn't hear anything from the hallway or other rooms (Quiet is very important to me).
