1. My only recommendation for improvement is that they provide a small fresh squeezed OJ rather than large reconstituted OJ with breakfast.

3. They went ABOVE & BEYOND by finding a special corner room for us on a higher floor and surprising us with complimentary roses, fresh raspberries, chocolates, champagne, and a personalized 'Congratulations' card waiting for us in our room.

4. The hotel is located in the heart of San Francisco and is central to excellent restaurants and walking distance to Moscone Center The bed was very conformable, the room was relatively quiet (for being in the city) and the window opened a few inches to allow for wonderful fresh air.

8. To open the windows for fresh air means 2 other problems: firstly, my room (and may be half of the rooms in such hotel) faces the side lane where the refuse rooms of the hotel and other adjoining buildings are located and can catch such "unforgettable" smell; secondly, the service vehicles and refuse-collection vehicles in US operate at nights, with their dumping and travelling noises throughout the night-time.
"They used window-type air-conditioners! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/4/2009 Vote
9. The main problem is that the rooms are equipped with "window-type" air-conditioning units which are noisy when operating, and gives no fresh air.

10. Something fresh and fun, not expensive, but comfortable and convenient.
"Just what I wanted! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/24/2009 Vote
