2. Upon arrival, we were told our room on the 4th floor was given away (despite the room was already paid in full a month in advance) so we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a room with a king size bed and plenty of room, which was nice.

3. The Union Square area has plenty of other hotels to stay at and you won't have to worry about the head ache I went through with these folks.

I have just returned from 5 nights and could not complain at all Rooms were large and clean well presented Hotel in great location for getting everywhere two minutes from the cable carsOnly down side was the breakfast really let down but plenty of places to eat aroundCoffee and tea at reception all staff very attentive.

6. The Continental breakfast does save messing around in the morning and there was plenty there at the end of the service time.
