1. There is so much to like about this hotel -- the decent coffee and breakfast, the outstanding location, the small but passable fitness center, the cleanliness, the price, the staff.

2. My only small complaint was that I was woken up in the morning by noise- it sounded like other guests talking, and furniture being moved around.

3. The location of the hotel is perfect- you're right downtown in all the action, so you can take a break from site-seeing but not feel like you're out of the excitement of the city.

5. There is no real complaint about the breakfast as it is free which is great if you like cake and orange squash - (kids party anyone?) The strange thing is that it is served in a bedroom on the top floor which is a bit random.
