As for the positives: very clean, nice size glass shower in bathroom with shelves (don't you just hate when there's nowhere to put your shampoo and stuff), flat screen TV was on the wall so no taking up desk space, wake up calls always came, staff was very friendly (Rolex was very pleasant and helpful), terrific location near stores, cable cars, Moscone Center, cold lemon water and coffee/tea always full in lobby, hallways well lit and clean and free breakfast.
