1. The rooms are adequate, clean, enough stuff to keep you going, free wifi.

4. There is no real complaint about the breakfast as it is free which is great if you like cake and orange squash - (kids party anyone?) The strange thing is that it is served in a bedroom on the top floor which is a bit random.
