1. )The staff are all helpful and friendly - This place isn't 5* and this comes across in their attitude in a really good way, you get the feeling that rater than 5* plastic 'of course sir' attitude, you get genuine down to earth, genuinely happy to help attitide.

2. The hotel also has a lounge wich provided happy hour specials, but we didn't check it out during our stay.

3. Usually, concierges would be happy to show you things to do around the city and also volunteer information, eg, how to get to certain places with public transport.

10. The Hotel itself was very clean and tidy with wonderful friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions we had and gave us lots of helpful advice about how to travel round the city.
