4. Once we checked into the hotel we felt better, as the front desk staff was very friendly and professional, and the hotel itself felt very welcoming, enclosed, comfortable, and secure.

5. From the outside, it looks a little rough around the edges, mainly because of the bumeriffic neighborhood, but don't be mislead- once you get past the security gate, the place is an oasis of stylish, Zenlike landscaping and interesting, colorful sculptures and mosaics.
