I would have given more points-however, the two major down falls are the construction going on all day (hard to relax by the pool listening to the loud drone of a drill), and while most of the staff has been very accommodating and kind, a young man at the front desk was extremely rude- had I not pre-paid for my room, I would have moved to another hotel.

9. There was a faint odor of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposedly non-smoking -- but it was faint enough not to bother us (our friends were initially assigned a much smokier-smelling room, but they asked to be switched and were accommodated).
