1. With the exception of the bathroom window, the windows do not open in the room.

4. The room was always very clean as was the bathrooms, I never encountered anyone while in the bathroom (separate toilet from shower area) except for one day when I went to go shower, no big deal I just used the shower upstairs.

5. The room was extremely small but clean and functional, with the exception of the carpet which looked like it last saw a shampoo in 1991.

6. Yes the rooms are small-but my room was clean, the hair dryer worked, and it was just perfect, at the price that I paid, since I was seldom there except to sleep and shower.

7. The room was very clean albeit small, but a stay in San Francisco should not find anyone spending time puttering about a room except to sleep or rest from sore feet traversing up the never-ending steep streets.
