1. The positives - it's clean, the landscaping is very nice, the price is good, the location within walking distance of SF Zoo and close to Golden Gate Park and parking is free.

2. and if you like riding streetcars, then transfer at Castro and ride the historic F line streetcars down to Market Street or all the way to Fisherman's WharfThe real benefit of it's position is being just a few blocks from the ocean and some splendid walks.

3. My initial concern that the position of the motel is a little out of the way turned out to be unfounded.

4. The dresser had a broken drawer, the TV was place in a such a position that you had to cock your head to observe the screen The closet which contained a microwave and refrigerator set on a board had no light in it.
