2. Yes the bathrooms are small but people back in the 30's were not as big as we are today, plus they only used them to take care of business and get out.

6. other reviews mentioned this but having been in SF for a full week I had big suitcase and other small bags and normal room was just not big enough for me and the wife and a couple suitcases.
