2. as long as you accept it for what it is, a 1930's motel designed as inexpensive accommodation for working people, and don't expect the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel, then this is a charming and relaxing place to stay, is inexpensive and has bags more character than a regular chain hotel.

4. The Ocean Park jumped out of the screen at me on the first page, it had a room that could accommodate the kids away from the grownups (the only way to remain sane.
