4. I already knew I liked the Palomar because my husband and I were upgraded to a suite for our anniversary a year ago, but this time we got a lot of help and tips from the front desk staff.

6. What little I made of the services, were helpful and prompt, they provided a car back to the airport and it worked out a lot cheaper than a taxi.

7. However I waited for 30 minutes and then it was too late to order something as I had no idea when they would get the food and I had to leave for the airport (I also had to arrange the cab myself as the hotel staff was not helpful).
