1. Lauren had upgraded our room, and left champagne and strawberries in our room as a celebration - and then also gave vouchers for free cocktails in the fabulous 4th Floor bar and restaurant.

3. It was served in a fabulously designed room (which is also used as a lounge/bar in the evening) which was crowded with the hungry breakfast crowd and then there was only one guy who was supposed to serve the breakfast.

6. The only thing missing was that there are no tea & coffee making facilities in-room - fabulous coffee is provided in the restaurant foyer, but I do like to have a cup or two whilst getting going in the morning.

8. We were recommended to local (non tourist) areas to explore by day and fabulous eating spots by night - Alexanders Japanese steak house was outstanding - along will all other spots we went to.
