ed us at check-in and got our room ready for us even though we have arrived as early as 1Pm, knowing that regular check in was at 4PM.

From the valet boys out front

It has a very understated luxury about it but was
welcoming
at the same time - nothing stuffy, just a very high level of service and quality.

) all seemed to be 'filling in' from other departments and I can't say it was a smooth check-in.
