1. Rooms are new and beautiful, I'll grant that.

2. The layout of the hotel is with the space capsule type elevators which makes us think it was once a Hyatt or something else, but the public areas and gym/club level lounge are all newly remodeled.

3. We were pleased that they provided us with a brand new car, and included a GPS free, which we were able to pick up right at the hotel.

6. It certainly is not in the same league as previous JW properties we have stayed in (Grosvenor House, London; Ihilani on Oahu, the new JW Marquis in Miami).
