4. Room are well noise-insulated and sleep quality was very good, except perhaps sofa-bed, which was just a standard springy one (and which dad had to take it, obviously ;-<.

5. I think this is unacceptable at a 'luxury' hotel, especially in SF, and especially when wifi is not free (except in the lobby).

6. Everything was perfect except the light in the large bathroom was too dim and the outlet for the hairdryer would not work so had to use the smaller bathroom.
