1. The location of the hotel was great (just one block off of Union Square) and the staff were very friendly and accommodating all around.

10. Somewhat lengthy wait for check in, lobby is combined with bar area which makes it noisy if you are relaxing -0r trying to- with a glass of wine and friends.
