Lady on reception the day we checked out was charmless and blunt with me and lacked the friendliness of the lady who checked us in, but I'm from the UK so I'm more than used to this kind of customer services and I was amused rather than annoyed by her (not so sure that someone of a more sensitive disposition would have been as generous as me tho.

7. This is a small hotel, good value for money and generously gives you the extras: free WiFi, complmentary tea, coffee, fruit and cookies all day, a range of newspapers to read, lollies in the rooms and cheap drinks every evening during happy hour.
