We were there in a one bedroom suite for 8 days and missed having a few amenities like a set of drawers for our clothes in the bedroom (we used the closet floor) - having only one mirror in the suite which was in the bathroom - however, we had a refrigerator problem at 1 am in the morning and promptly received a response to our maintenance call.

4. Any time we'd ask an employee a question, their first response was, 'Are you an owner or a guest'? Each time we had an interaction with an employee of this resort, we were treated rudely and curtly.
