1. I am a Regional Director in the Property Management field in the State of Florida and I work for the largest property management company in this state so I know what good customer service should look like.

2. The young lady that checked us out did not ask how was our stay, just gave me receipt for charges on my credit card, and did not even bother to say have a good day, give us a smile, or even hope to see you again.
