8. The washer and dryer is handy in the event you want fresh towels and they do offer a 'started kit' of garbage bags, detergent, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper & dishwasher soap.

10. The Publix supermarket is close to River Island, not walking distance, they had a good selection, nice fresh sushi area and deli, the prices were similar to Los Angeles prices, no big difference.
