1. The telephone system is not too user friendly when needing hospitality services.

10. We did find spiders, and as for me and my friends, it is the worst thing you could find in a hotel :-POne in the master bath, 2 in the 'guest' bath, 1 in the 'guest' BED (yes, actual bed) and one IN the master bed.
