1. When checking out, I called to have someone help my mother and I with our bags and no one showed up so I had to go and get the valet cart myself and wheel things out to my vehicle across the croweded lobby and not one employee offered to assist.

8. We went on a walk all around the resort, which was long, but beautiful- it helps to be a good directional person, because my husband got lost a few times in the resort- it is HUGE- I, with the map, did not get lost at all.
