1. If they changed out the beds, and stepped up their waitstaff game a little bit, they would be a really great (little) hotel, and I would be more than happy to stay there again.

4. As soon as you exit the hotel there are restaurants where the employees literally attack you into sitting down for their free shots and happy hours and half off food.

9. When we arrived in our room, there was a bottle of sparkling wine on ice and several chocolate-covered strawberries on a nicely decorating plate with 'happy Anniversary' written in chocolate on the top part of the plate.

10. We informed the staff when booking that it was our anniversary, and sure enough there was a bottle of champaigne on ice and delicious chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in our room, along with a nicely-written happy Anniversary card.
