1. both were accomplished, and when we arrived they informed us we had been upgraded to a better room category on the 8th floor.

We will ave loved to try dessert but we will ave ad to be there for another 2 hour(far to slow)For breakfast we were told by the head chef himself that it wa s just a nightmare for the customer and were advise to go to a cafe down the road(this was the second time in one day that someone told us it will be better to go somewere else for food and we shud ave dit that for diner too:(I felt sorry for the head chef who seem realy wanting to put the service up to scratch.

We were on the 5th floor (might be worse lower down) Overall the hotel has a boutique feel and having previously stayed at Loews I can say that hands down this is a better choice if you don't have any children and don't want them all over the place (didn't see even one during our stay there which was great as Loews is teeming with them).
