8. But because of its wonderful location and good front office staff it is value for money though the american express outlet near to it has incompetent staff who cause trouble while encashing traveller cheques because they do not know the rules.

9. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel located off Michigan Avenue - there was a nice little cafe in the building - Lavazza, a wonderful rooftop view (it would be nice to have a bar up there) but people did the BYOB thing and seemed to be having a great time.
