1. In all fairness, I also do not care for the hustle and bustle of the downtown area in general, so the location wouldn't matter as much to me.

2. You can be connected via your room to the restaurant, but be careful they will charge you for the phone call (even though they call it their 'room service')It is one of the more affordable mag mile hotels, however I would pay the few dollars more for a better hotel next time.

10. If you like a room with a lot of light, then in our experience you may not like the hotel - in our case, one small window, but I didn't book a trip to Chicago to care about light coming into the room.
