3. Pros- Walking distance to best shopping area and Marilyn Monroe statue - Very close (and thus, cheaper taxi fare, almost $7) to downtown and the Millennium Park- Free internet with our reservation (Not sure if everyone gets this.

7. They have the best staff I have ever encountered, Veronica and Simeon in particular could create a terrific stay at the worst hotel.

8. The bathroom was a bit cramped so if you are planning a longer stay or have more than 2 in this room it would be best to check with the hotel directly about other room types.

9. The best thing about my stay was that I could leave my baggage there all day even after I checked out.

10. Parking is VERY expensive so best not to have a car or return a rental car at downtown locations that are only a few blocks away.
