I used the customer service address on their website and sent the hotel an e-mail asking about refrigerators and credit card authorization form (I let my husband have the credit card that weekend) and I never got a response after a few days, so I called the front desk and they faxed a credit card authorization form, I faxed it back with a note asking to please call me when they receive it.

3. In short, if you spend some nights there the advice is to carry with you all your valuables as they will be safer with you in the streets than in the room and the hotel takes no responsability.

7. My girlfriend even e-mailed the hotel when we arrived back in Ireland but she just got a standard response with apology, which was appreciated but hardly made up for all the problems.
