5. Found all the staff at this hotel to be very nice and helpful, a few standouts were Paul the concierge, who provided us with directions, recommendations for dining and also booked tours for us, and Paul the porter who was always very welcoming and gave us helpful advice.

6. The lobby, guest rooms, and bar area are cozy and a welcome sight after a hard day of walking the Miracle Mile, the long beaches, to Navy Pier or to a nearby dinner/night spot.
