, mainly because we chose the hotel for its location - we were right around the corner from most of the shops along the Magnificent Mile, and a
reasonable
walk from major sites such as Millenium Park, the Art Institute, Navy Pier, etc.

Luckily, a week before the trip, Millenium had open rooms, so we were able to book 3 nights for a fairly
reasonable
price.

The whole time I was trying to resolve this, there were multiple people in line for the same thing, and other
reason
s, such as your hotel changing their room rate due to being sold out.

The service was good and the price was very
reasonable
for a downtown hotel.

If you're in Chicago mid-week this is the best time to head for the Hancock Tower bar on the 96th floor as it gets very busy on the weekend; if you can get there just before sunset you can see Chicago turn from day to night - spectacular views and
reason
ably priced drinks.

We were offered another room and sure enough the same thing so we had to leave the place just for health

The only
reason
I don't rate it with 5 out of 5, is because you had to pay for the internet in your room (10 dollars per day), though free in the lobby and that the breakfast was only ala carte and when you have children with you it's not so convenient.
