2. We arrived bright and early at 10am on a weekday and were pleasantly surprised to find that a room was ready for us, and that we had received a free upgrade to a Superior Plus Corner King.

9. The staff was extremely pleasant, the rooms are clean and updated with very European style, and the bed was 'over-the-top' comfortable (one of the best hotel beds I have EVER slept in).
